Agreed. Weighed mine and it's at about 17 lbs. Trying to think of ways to revamp it to make it lighter and more effective.
Start with the liner, cut old one out put new one in... Cut the top off hood and block all holes, make new holes at rear. Should be around 10 lbs then and more effective at keeping water out.
