So I'll officially start a build thread on this ski. The TOPDECK you see below was pulled from the mold an hour or two before to taking these pics. It HAS not been cleaned up @ all... So keep that in mind. The topdeck weighs in @ 20lbs. The area where the steering mounts was HEAVILY reinforced with carbon layers. Its EXTREMELY SOLID! This was one area that I was worried about, but I am not anymore. Another really cool thing to mention, was that Mark reinforced both sides (area under the hood seal) and the nose with Ballistic Grade Kevlar. Anyone who beats on there X2's knows that there VERY prone to stress cracking there. Now there is ZERO flex in that area.

The other main detail that is most dramatic, but its something too fine for you to pickup in the pics..... EVERY square edge/seam on the entire topdeck has been rounded off! There are no square edges that are prone to cracking. (Under the seat, near firewall is a big one). Infact, I could not believe how strong it came out! The pics will do better explaining for me.

So far I am VERY impressed with Marks work!

24/7 Scupper system
Full UMI Steering System

And an assload more I am forgetting! Its going to be a FUN summer!

that is the hood that will be on my boat the hood without the liner is 1.1 lbs total weight will be under 3 lbs. It is silly light i can throw it in the air and it floats down. The hoods we sell are alittle heavier the carbon hood is around 5.5 and the glass hoods are around 9 lbs. shawn you for got the motor is getting ported this x2 is going to be silly. And areyoustuckup is working his magic for the graffix. i can wait to tune it lol i think we are going to be fighting for the first ride!!!!!!

I forgot to clarify. There not Tubbies going on. Marks making his own X2 Specific Front Sponsons. There going to be killer! I think they will be available in the next 2 weeks or so.

Pensacola is going to be ********ING SICK!

Oh ya, another thing I forgot to mention. The bottom deck will already have the "SJ Style" nose built into the hull! Thats another huge plus!
