The catch with this one is that it's only a max $25 discount so the savings diminishes once your total goes over $100 but still not bad for some smaller items if you can find a seller that has dropped Paypal.

OK so evidently this promo is for sellers that ONLY use ebay managed payments instead of PayPal so it's very very limited. Here's proof of a seller (quirkparts) that has a 4 pack of Subaru oil filters I used as a test. Looks like user "trendsauto" also works as well.

Ebay and Paypal are split companies now and ebay announced recently that it will stop working with PayPal as its back-end payments service in 2020 and will start to move a small percentage of its payments volume to a new partner later this year so this may be a test for their new system.

Yeah, I rushed this one assuming it would be the regular site wide deal but it seems the seller has to have transitioned over to the ebay merchant processing platform so if they still take Paypal like 99% of sellers do then the item will not be eligible. I'll update the title I still have so much to buy for the SJ too.
