I disagree! Keep it all A/M cyls! Just break it down Kaw & Yam based.
DASA has been makng a Kaw based 750 cyl since back in the factory days.
Very few of them ever made it to the rec market. They also make cyls for the K800 format.
From the outside, they look like the Yam version. However, not the case inside.

jetco made an old cast reed cylinder that slipped on old piston port 440/550 cases. basically just like the westcoast and pjs reed cylinders. very rare. I still got a couple floating around here somewhere, since jetco was just down the street. actually jetco and westcoast were working together at some point, since jetco also had a pipe that was just like the westcoast but cast jetco, just like the R&R racing pipes. who cares lol

Did Mariner also make one?

I rode one once. Kawi dasa around 860cc, could barely hang onto it! Very violent acceleration.

oh yea, OCJS orange county jet ski had a cast 550 piston port cylinder. it was called the master cylinder and that was cast on it. one came thru the boneyard and got sold on ebay about 15 years ago

MAEKAWA ENGINEEING out of japan also had a billet powervalve cylinder that went on sxr 800 cases. the one I got was 1000cc with a 5mm stroker crank. I blew it up many years ago and its laying around here somewhere needing to be fixed lol
