Actually very easy. I like how the Q8 rides. I kept reading about a big learning curve for that hull, you can't just step on it and ride, it's difficult, etc etc etc.
I had absolutely no problem hopping on it and riding it. Very fun and agile, flickable. Turns on a dime, really bites down into the water. A little bit unstable at lower speeds than I am used to.

You're not kidding. The X-Star runs an LS1 engine on premium. It has a 100 gallon tank and we went through almost half a tank in maybe 3 hours.
