Thats a set of balls to have the parachute already out of the container & then flipping off the bridge... I gotta a lot of jumps, my balls aren't big enough for that one....

Normaly when you make a base jump its illegal.. There are a few bridge days, around that are setup for base jumping. Big one in VA, always has a lot of jumpers show up.
