because, as I want to make a mold , I need the tray clean, without negative hole , otherwise I couldn't take out the mold, and after the top deck .

not very hard, but you need to spend a lot of time to make the master very clean, without chips and stripes , because the mold made a real copy, even with the chips ....
so the more difficulties are to make the flange around the master, and always thinking : you have to unplugged the mold off .
never make positive and negative form on a same mold....
