anyone ever seen a long dark colored stripe about 3/8 inch wide all the way down a cylinder--does not appear damaged ie--scratched/gouged?

riva flywheel, v force reeds, twin 38's, 140 main, 75 pilot stock needle and 25-30 pop off , pro k's, bored to 82.5, bubba at riva port job, b-pipe, cdi box, ada head 35 cc domes, doukas water box, i just installed new crank seals and resealed cases and fresh re-ring.
