I doubt two comments made me would really drop the value of these boats... I was just stating a fact about these boats that has also been stated by other members numerous times. The gel coat on two FR-2's owned by personal friends of mine pops off when you even just look at them the wrong way (of course that is overly stated, but the gel coat is very weak, it pops off very easily).
During Zack's very first ride on his FR-2 we pulled up on a sandy beach to de-swamp his engine and a huge chunk of gel coat near the bottom popped off.
And of course I personally hope the used value of these boats goes down so I have an opportunity to own one; why wouldn't I? Was it wrong for me to state my personal feelings in Idok's for-sale thread?
I know this thread was taking a turn for the worse but I think you might be a little overly sensitive now? Just saying...
