Looking for enlightenment

As you can see in the picture there is this "mystical" thread. The arrow is pointing at it, its above the screw where all ground wires go to (in the pic not in use). I figured another spot for grounding wires but what is it really?

Whoever redid your ebox moved all the grounds to one post instead of splitting them up between the two.

Well lucky for me that's not my ebox. Although based on the msd wiring plan I would assume it doesn't matter? What wires should be separated?

JM: "There are 2 ground screws in the ebox. It does not matter if all grounds are on 1 screw or split between both. Oem setup has solenoid and volt reg grounds on the low one and cdi, stator, temp sensor, etc. on the top one. "

Ground is a ground. As long as 1 wire leads back to the battery or the block.

Where do you get those external battery and starter cable posts? Are those the Jss ones?

It's not my ebox I have no clew where to get them. I think the ebox in the picture is done by Jetski solutions. Try him or maybe JetManiac.

Loved my JSS ebox but I hated dealing with the company. If you send it off be sure to list exactly what you want or you will end up with a “misc parts” portion on your bill.
