Looking for feedback on doing Vintage freestyle at Hydro-X events

We have been talking about maybe bringing back some vintage freestyle at the Hydro-X events. Im just putting some feelers out there to see if there would be much interest. Was thinking stock hulls with max 799cc motors. Not everyone can afford the new freestyle skis, and I think this would be a good chance to get people to either come back and compete or new blood in the sport. Any input would be greatly appreciated .

I definitely think it would be cool to watch! Alot of those vintage moves take a TON of skill to pull of and some of the guys out there flipping would still have a rough time lol. I would think though maybe up it to 800cc to include the stock SXR guys that want to compete as well?

Pretty sure a stock sxr is really 781 cc. So it would be ok?

I've been having issues with my back, so the Superjet is going away, but I did wish there was something like this. I don't particularly like the new freestyle. It might be because its repetitive, of might just simply be because so could never afford to do it.
