Anyone have issues with wsm or sbt needles? Maybe they would sell you a box of them separate?

Never tried them, dont know if the tips are viton or not. OEM mikuni for carb parts only.

Used a WSM rebuilt kit 1 time.............. Never again. Only lasted a month or two.

If I can get a handful of wsm needles for cheap and they last 1 less ride then mikuni I would say money well spent..

Just as a FYI Mikuni started selling the needles with a different tip within the last couple years due to the ethanol in the fuel. The old number ended in 15-XX and the new ones end in 18-XX. The old ones are still available though.

Also if those o-rings don't workout Sasquatch let me know and I'll send you a couple Mikuni ones for free.

McMaster 9263K568 or 1295N157 will work. 1.5mm th x 7.5mm ID. Both are Viton. The second one happens to be a few bucks cheaper.

I use some McMaster 75A Viton -011 for my KTM EFI quick disconnect and they hold up very well.
