Im looking for 1000€ for comlpette SJ moldset and 3000€ for Trixstar S.
1week( or time you need) workshop is 1500€ with all mailsupport after.
Workschop is with me in person and we build a hull if you have the time.
Sj i have to look for conditions but Trixstar molds are the molds were im building my hulls with at moment. Bottomdeck, b-pipechamber, inner visualcarbonparts in engineroom and handlepole i sell out of mold. Topdeck and outer hoodpart i have to grind with 400-600 wetpaper and spray clearcoat or paint because of 2 gelcoatfails in the mold. All molds are cleargelcoated to look at resinflow ininfusion.
Molds for infusion are:
Top/bottomdeck, upper/ lower handlepolepart, outer hood, 2inner visualcarbonparts in engineroom , adjustable footholds and rideplate.
Innerhood is handlayed and vacuumbagged
Handholds, pumpshoe, intakegrate, b-pipechamber......are handlayed
Orher option is to buy a hullkit unglued out of mold an you complette it an try to sell. Next hull kit comes with all molds without infusionmolds and next order you buy infused parts from me only and layup other parts by yourself. If 6kit sold
you get the infusionmold for free and pay workshop only( or before first hullkit???)Hullkit without pole and pipe is 3000€ for visualversion like my flipflopgreen hull from 2012 / visualcarbon on top and and sides off bottom.

Hull is build to use 96-08SJ drivetrain, with our carbonbedplate SXR engine fits to. Working on 66e bedplate at moment and polaris if needed.
Molds can't bought without workshop but workshop is possiple without selling molds.
With a 8mm spacer blowsion steering fits in our pole or i mill the bottompart of blowsionsteering to fit in.
A big problem is: many people are interested in buy a hullkit to assamble it and try to sell ut i sell only one moldset to USA/Canada and one to australia......dont know how to handle this?????

You come to me and we build hullparts or hull with infusion, handlaying and vacuumbagging.
So you you learn all the tricks to build high quality visualcarbonparts. If some more are interested i can come to you and teach a group but you have to order all needed tools and materials. We also need a good mold.

No molds......hullkits you can buy. Tips for glueing parts in hull i an give you with some mails.
But in my workshop YOU work and i watch and speek. No other way to learn it. You must make mistakes with me and learn to make it better.
