300/440/550 Looking to buy sbn 38 or sbn 44 square body carbs to upgrade my 2 stock 550sx skis.

Hello,

I'm looking for carbs to upgrade my 2 stock kawi 550 sx skis. I already have a primer kit installed on them and want to get the more reliable square body super bn carbs. Is there much of a difference between the sbn 38 and the sbn 44? Do I need to get a manifold spacer for both?

Please message me if you have the carbs or spacers for sale.

Also, if you have any input or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Will I need to change much else?

Are they reed(91-94) or piston port(90) motors?

you can find em but they cost about 100 for the carbs and 50-100 for the mani 40 for spacers to make them fit without the mani (if you can find them)and you have to chnge the cable too if you have the 38mm carb (three bolts on top) but have you looked at the for sale section?
