Super Jet Loudest waterbox

Everytime I hear I ski with a loud waterbox I think of this.

And I also laugh because you are losing power. Oem RN waterbox works just fine until you get up to the 1000-1400cc range. At that point you will probably run an RRP or power factor pipe and box anyway.
Hey enough of that, your killing the sales of my new titanium range

Bpipe-TDR FTW. I had one on a limited setup at Daytona years ago and peeps were telling me they could pick my ski out above the other skis out there making the same racket. :(.

I think Berky had the right approach with the carbon tube and large mouth exhaust exit on the badass and circus. The large diameter helps deaden the exhaust note. It's not as sharp a sound. The skis with the metal pipe exhaust tip extended from the hull are especially loud...and annoying. My own ski annoys me.

Tdr makes a baffled model and a powerspray model, i have the baffled one on my sxr with a wet pipe and its not that loud, which tdr are you guys talking about?

So what's the census so far? New Xsream or H2O Designs. I don't want an ear piercer, but a slightly louder and deeper exhaust would be nice.

So far I've read the H2O has a noticeable difference in power over the x metal, but I'm not sure if they speak of new or old xmetal. New xmetal is supposedly quieter than stock exhaust, as per their website. haha.

The h2O has the best looking design IMO. But Not sure which to go with still.

Ive got a TDR on a 760 that sounds pretty good. Decently loud and throaty, but not too loud.
Im also running an ATP on a 900 with a b pipe and that thing is super loud. It sounds good, just loud.

!00% irrelevant, until you check it. "brand new" and "its always been this loud" mean nothing.
I shook it the day I got the box to make sure nothing was loose. And it sounds the exact same that it did from the first ride. I said it before, it's not extremely loud, just slightly uncomfortable at times and I have sensitive hearing. I'm pretty sure having an aluminum exhaust tube instead of a rubber hose amplifies the sound.

If I say to check something, there is a reason why. It would take all of 5 min to remove the box and check it, but you would rather just complain about how loud it is than do something about it. You would rather spend countless hours rigging up a poop trim system. You are in your own category of stupid. I know what you should do, get an even ratio of pool noodles and waterboxs in your hull, that should make it quiet and keep it from sinking....

Boo freeken hoo, it's a tad loud. Once I started working on flips I don't even notice it. I'd rather ride it now and take it all apart in a couple weeks when the ice is on the lakes.
I bought a thrust system actually. I care about my ski sinking since every dollar I earn is pretty much invested in it. And my trim system since I revamped it my way has been working flawlessly. Sorry, I'm not capable of removing my box in 5 minutes like you. Wish I was as badass as you dude, I do. Major jelly. Maybe someday I'll be able to view every situation as pessimistically as you do

Weird you can't remove your box in 5 min, there is a rip in my garage right now and its wide open with a kart tank. Before you jump on my case, you have been bitching about how loud your ski is for a long time, if it bothers you that much wear ear plugs....... or better yet take up sewing, I think that's a pretty quiet hobby.
