Other Low speed Lag, Carb questions

Need advice. My top end is fine, but my bottom end lags hard. Here is what i am working with: 701 bored to 710cc 61x , Ada head 180 psi domes pump gas, msd enhancer, lightweight flywheel, vforce 3 reeds, factory b pipe, blowsion flame arrestors, dual cooling, and dual 38s. What should my jet sizing be, and which pop off spring should i be using? Problems occur from idle to 1/4 throttle. Thanks guys!

Please describe the symptoms, either hesitation from being lean or loading up from being rich. And what are your carb specs right now?

Should be close to factory pipe specs:
Main Jet: 135 (130 stock)
Pilot Jet: 70 (stock)
High speed screw: 1 2 turns out from closed
Low speed screw: 1 1/4 turns out form closed
Needle & Seat: stock (55 psi)
Spring: Stock (95 gram)

Also make sure you pipe is tuned, how many screws out?

Lastly what prop pitch?

Hey guys I dont mean to walk all over his thread but what is the difference between loading and hesitation. Whats difference. Im in the process of dialing in my carb. Sorry guys maybe this will be his question too. Maybe not he may maybe smarter than me.

Hesitation is like the ski almost die when you grab the throttle, then takes off. Loading up the ski kind of gurgles and accelerates slowly until it clears out then takes off.

Honestly, google mikuni SBN manual, download the PDF, and read the tuning section like ten times, then follow that procedure.
