I'm getting tired of borrowing friends trucks or having my ski get beat up in the beds of my friends trucks. So im looking into lowering my trailer.
Why lower my trailer you say? Well, im going to be towing with this, at that current ride height.
This is what my trailer is setup like:
With the Fancy wheels and my bunk setup it rides way to high, even with a truck i need to be pretty far into the water to get it off.
I was thinking about a lower bunk setup, and playing around with the axel maybe installing blocks to raise the axel up. I think at that point i would have to relocate the mounts for the fenders, possibly make the float on the axel instead of being afixed to the trailer itself.
If anyone has any input suggestions or experience please post up im always open to new ideas.
I also think im going to bedline the trailer black... Input?
