LSP Revolver 61X

Location
Sweden
Hi! I'm gonna try posting on this built, maynly because myself fint it helpful seeing pictures of how others have done it, and by bringing more info about a Revolver built might help someone else.

Last autumn I bought a empty revolver hull, got a cast rrp pole, and a 155 nozzle with tilt with it.
Bought an old SN from a friend. The only jetski iw ever ridden.
It had de flywheel come loose and some other faults, so it was in boxes.

Please excuse my English, I am from Sweden

I'm going to have this on a budget as much as possible.

Basic specs :
Revolver hull from 2013-14?
RRP cast pole.
ATP quick steer.
701 61x, ported cylinder.
light ported 61x block.
ATP head gerdel, 39cc domes, maybe..
Mikuni 46mm carb.
Pro-tec exhaust.
144 pump. Unknown pitch.
Tilt hopefully will fitt..
Custom driveshafts.
ATP bilet battery tray.
6m6 electronics, with som other cdi.

More updates to come, and with pictures.

Cylinder back from top decking. It was high by 0,2mm in center due to the welding some previous owner had done. Probably had thitened it to hard.
Lightly honed to remove some surface rust.

Crank is going to be checked if it's straight. The dent is from when the flywheel came loose.
Think the bearings is OK, hawe degreesed them and they spin nicely and don't sound bad.

Hull as it stands now.
Polebraket is from the 93 Superjet. Modifyed in size and to accommodate breathing tunbes.

It was a battered and ugly looking RRP cast pole from the beginning, but after sandblasting and a fresh paint to match the hulls orange livery it looks pretty good.

Big question for you guys, do you think I can run this dome?
It's been in a engine where the piston exploded..
Otherwise, dose pro-tec domes fit this head? They are extremely close when messured.
Ore, maybe weld it and take it to a machineshop and make it look like new might be possible?

Don't know what it's called, but made one up in the spare time waiting on parts from US and UK.

What steering cable is to be used fore a short hull like this ore a rikter?
Have on old from a 93 Superjet, and it is way too long, possible to shorten?

Pole is mounted, machined some bunchings to make it fit the bracket from the superjet that I modified and fitted to the hull.

Also I have decided to run that cylinder head as it is, moreover, it looks identical to a head I saw from Pro-tec. So most likely I can order new domes from them if needed.

I wouldn’t run that dome, looks like someone already did a bad job turning it once, even if you try to sand it smooth you’re gonna have hot spots without removing so much material you end up with excessive squish on one cylinder, if you post measurements I can tell you if it’s the same as an ada dome

Steering cables are all the same length unless you get something custom made at a cable shop. Best/strongest cable is the 2006/7 superjet cable. But the 93 should work fine.
