I hope you tear that engine down often. Aircraft engines coke up with lead so bad from avgas they wont hardly run.
Not 100% true, some aircraft engines will have lead deposits on the tops of the pistons. If the engine has been leaned properly in aircraft use the deposits left on the piston are very small. This also has to do with altitude.
I put 200 gallons on my stroker last year, pulled apart just to take a look. Pistons looked new, not even a burnt color on top, no wear, etc.
I run avgas in all my ski's, never a problem. I also run my aircraft engines lean and for long trips lean of peak. I never have low compression or plug fouling due to lead deposits.
