Machining some parts? Ideas?

I have access to Haas CNC machines and wouldn't mind making some parts or designing and machining some parts.

I already made spacers for carbs.
I have a design for stock 44 FA to aftermarket carb adapter.

anyone have any other ideas?

just want to pass the semester a little faster.

Auxiliary booster venturis and air velocity stacks for some Mikuni Super BN carbs.

I'll send you some blueprints if you're interested.

sure im always up for a challenge. pm me

RN pole to SN hull conversion bracket please.
: )

that is def doable, when i go home next week i will take measurements of my conversion bracket. It will probably be 10 times easier to make it a 3 piece bracket.

i wish, i have a set of 62' cylinders sitting here to get scanned with the white light scanner, the chunk of billet would empty my bank account alone. Before the semester is over i plan on getting it scanned and modeled for a rainy day.

What do the billets cost? I have an extra set of 61X cylinders if you want to scan those.

You have an excellent opportunity right now that's for sure, just keep focusing on thing's for your dream ski. like a lowered handlepole bracket, what about making something cool like a billet battery box, or even a custom billet elect. box for a superjet. just throwing ideas out there.

mate the list is endless,

short turn plate for straight bars
hood hooks
fibreglass plugs/molds if you got acess to a scanner the only limit is your imagination
"engine" keepers
ride plate
girdled head
pump cones
pole brackets
bypass/bilge fittings
etc

Cheers

I have yet to see one of these. I have seen the billet mounts for the flat on/off switches but not for one of these military types. I have read the flat rubber swithches dont last too long. I dont have a bilge yet but am looking for a better mouting setup. I am not sure on the deminsions of the military swith as I have not seen one in person. They may be too bulky to mount this way.

I would buy one of these for sure if it worked out.

mds plug boot retainer

No one sell's just those red retainers, and people always ask for them. the plastic ones break and extremely fragile when taking them on/off.
