Freestyle MAG PUMP, TRIM, AND MIDSHAFT REBUILD NEED HELP

Very shortly after getting a 144 12 vein I sucked up some rocks and locked up the pump. had to disassemble it on the bank at the lake as it was totally stuck. I used the ski for two seasons before pulling it apart for my new BAM hull. Well, the pump is banged up. I guess I will try to straighten the stator out and send the prop in for repair, that's fine.
My questions are

The mag pump came with a wear ring with liner that got trashed so I ordered an SBT one and it works and is VERY tight. This wear ring doesn't have the flange on the exit side so there is a ring. should I use this or the factory one I have that is in pretty good shape? I have seen other people talk about some spacer needed with Solas MAG, what is that?

My Midshaft is tight but (clear) water came pouring out of it when set at a certain angle... Should I rebuild it or replace it?

Is the Protec trim going to cut it? I have never had trim before but I am going for backflips this year. I have a never used Protec but I don't understand some of the workings of it. I have two different cables but they both seem maybe too big..?

My exit nozzle was supposed to be bored to 85mm, when I measure with HF digital micrometer it says 84.5 so not sure about that but the Protec is defiantly smaller. Should I go straight to the machine shop and have it bored?

THANKS

Pro tec trim is a great system but it was primarily designed as a drop trim for racing which is why your cable is long, it makes a loop in order to pull the nozzle down.

If you flip the cable bracket around you'll see what I mean

I think you can alter a few things and make it up trim though.

Its not that the cables are long it is that they are thick and casing doesnt slide into the lever or the sleeve on the trim itself
