Makeing a ramp need help

What do I put on the face of it?? Carpet,Fiberglass,or what?

1. probly wont support a ski
2. you want a flat ramp, not a kicker.
3. thats very small
4. 1/4" plastic sheet is the best surface.

its not solid enough. can you drop 500lbs on it and not have it flex at all?? its going to need to be super strong.
curved ramp that height isnt going to work. it needs to be twice as tall, or flat.
mcmaster carr. beware, it isnt cheap.

Yes it wont flex its strong & ill make it even beter with more frameing. where do I get the face sheets?

Use Ultra high molecular weight plastic (UHMW). I used it to build a wakeboard slider and it works great.
