Making a flash player.

Does anyone know anything about making flash players? Something kind of like what Exotic Signs had a while back for their graphics? We've got a few ideas for the BOB website shhh, but I've tried a few programs and have NO idea how to make it, and can't find anyone online who offers it.

You need Adobe Flash (and some training), Exotic signs site was done very well, they had some time/money into that.
