There was an XFT 155mm Carbon pump that just sold on ebay....what a unicorn that piece was. I was sooooo tempted to buy it.

Link/pics? I'm very curious to see this. Was it all carbon or an overlay? Or a carbon housing and a metal center? A lot of challenges to mold a 100% carbon pump.

Looks pretty cool. I would love to get my hands on one to check out in person. It almost looks like it was laid over a mold rather than in it.

I had to remake my steering nozzle. I made a little mistake when calculating the laminate thickness and ended up double what I needed to be at. New one is out of the mold and I'll be trimming/clear coating today. I'm going to need to draw up and CNC a jig for the mounting holes.

Received my titanium bolts back fully threaded this time. Did a little anodizing today. Anodizer works great. Greens were pretty easily to hit, blues, purples, pinks, and golds as well. I tried to get something close to a red, but I could only get yellow/gold and purple. Red doesn't really exist on the titanium spectrum, but there is a deep burnt orange/rust color. I don't think my voltage is stabile enough to hit it though.

Received the parts from Jetskipunk today. Amazing work! And the design came out nearly perfect.

Trim cable bracket and mounting tab

Perfect countersink

Bushing clearance

Parts mocked up on reduction nozzle

Clearance for the bolts holding the reduction exit rings in place

PTFE washers fit perfect and make for a smooth movement with no side to side play
