Long time since an update, its nearly the end of winter here and haven't been out riding lately and every now and then get a chance to do a few bits and pieces. After some riding on the ski found the ski was very loose and fun to ride, with the angle cut rear and short ride plate i don't even need to touch the trim.
So I have removed the trim for now and gone back to the stock bored exit nozzle, Also while i had the pump out i wanted to check the tolerance of the impeller and it was about 1mm out. The max limit is 0.6mm
So laid some bird on the impeller and opened up wear ring 1mm (145mm) and machined impeller to suit (very snug fit).
Should go even better now.
Also have created front engine keepers which are made for use with 701 engine mates, just need to do some riding on them see how they go.
Currently working on my trailer so I can go for a ride and a s/s turn nozzle similar to ATP turn nozzle.
