Do something!

You do something! You still have years of body work ahead of you, I just need to assemble!

So, I haven't really been keeping this up to date because I have really just been collecting a bunch of parts. Tonight, I have going to 5200 the pump shoe in, and then this weekend I am going to paint the bottom of the hull. After the paint is done, I am ready to assemble. The only part I have not acquired yet is a pipe, but I am planning on buying a b-pipe asap.

The motor is going to be a 61x/62t on stock bore with Ada head with 35cc domes and dual 38s. Electronics are all stock with the exception of a brand new JSS Coil. Cylinder, cases and flywheel cover should be back from blasting in a day or two, and then I will paint it up.

I got this package today....thanks Chris!!!

Tonight I got my pump shoe installed and finished painting the pole. Thanks to Luke for letting me use his garage space!

I had to repair the pump shoe because one of the inserts ripped out. I used an M6 nylock nut, milled fibers and polyester resin to fix it. I took the "nylock" out of the nut because I didnt want it to be a locking nut, I just used the M6 nylock because the height of the nut was perfect.

And this was my first ever pump shoe install. I actually did a pretty clean job with the 5200, but its hard to tell since parts of the hull are white where the paint was coming off.

I have a little more body work and prep I want to do to the bottom of the hull, but its coming together nicely.

And I finished painting the pole tonight, and now I can start assembling that.
