Maxima Castor 927 or Klots R-50 oil ?

For a high performance engine , what you guys think is better ?

running with 98 Octane Super ultra Pump gas .


Klots benol ?

am kinda confused about what to run here ., compression is set at 210.

anyone using Octane booster ?

1. Klotz r50, Benol or Maxima 927 are all good oils. you are fine with either.
2. 210 lbs compression on 98 octane is kinda pushing it. I run 111 octane with 215-220 lbs.
3. do not use octane boosters, it will eat up your reeds if you are running carbon or fibre reeds.

so its ok to run octane 98 with 927 oil ?

a guy told me its better if i run the klotz HiTRATE
Racing Gasoline Concentrate to mix with the pump gas ?

castor 927 on all my all my motors. After taking them apart after on season, I was impressed on how clean everything still looked.

and the smell is addicting!!!!

So expensive the Klotz ! I do love it, but so much cheap for quick !
I had a discount sponsorship with them, and anytime it was time to go to an event or email them, the service and sponsorship portion of the deal was really not all it should of been IMO.
As far a product.. Its the Cheese !
I personally ordered over the last couple years a good 25 CASES.
Just have not gotten the love back... SO i looking for oil options !

I would like to know why one is better than the other and so forth.

I love the klotz. just dont understand why they so expensive.
and so many say so many different things...
If klotz was cheaper I dont think i would be searching for
something else.
you can get 2 gallons of pretty good oil for what one Klotz is ?
I dont know ?

Cheapest by the 5 gal. There was a guy selling 5 gallons pails of Maxima Castor 927 at the World Finals for $100 cash! :fing02:

And Steve you forgot to add that its bio-degradable and environmentally friendly!
The 6 rounds of H2X in Orange County is making all racers run bean oil for a "green" event. this might be signs of things to come for 2 strokes at the races.
