May 31-June 1 Hangtown Motocross Classic*

Make it a friday and we can hit the Holey Lands friday PM...it's a cool place to ride...and if you get there about 3-4 then you have a few hours of daylight to hit the trails and get muddy as hell. The key is to be getting out of there before all the hickasses starting coming in for the weekend...they wont like you city folk

then hit the MX track Sat morn...Hell Yeah!

cool... good plan!!!

hey Nick, here is an idea, go out to the track about 2 am, plant a bunch of tree's in the middle of the track, and then post a new sign.... "new race format, MX mixed in with Woods racing........

trust me, we blend with the hicks quite nicely....and if things get out of hand, they'll probalby just think your a cop anyway!

Scott...I've seen you...I've seen Nick....trust me....you're pretty far from blending wit deys hicks....just ride you two wheelers friday PM and be gone by dark...:rocketwhore:

i'll bring ya a spare set of gear...... just...... in..... case.....

what's 2 or 3 laps? :stups: :bananalama:

I'm geared up...

got some Tech 3's (low end, but seem ok) boots and a notebook holder already

got full on protection for my top half too... I look like a football player w/ all the crap on...

I need to know what parts of the track you do your nails and what part you get a full body massage??

that thing wont really endear itself to you till you hit the woods with it. After you ride it there, you'll never want to get rid of it. it really IS like cheating

the SG10 are great boots. that was my second choice behind my Sidi's.

but I think that the high end gear gives the recreational riders sticker shock.

If Nick hadnt got a 661 pressure suit for free, I doubt he would have laid down the 200 bones for it. hell, I know hard core guys that cant justify the cost of over 2k just for protective gear. I look at it as "how many ER visits will this prevent? Fine, I'll take two. " :woot:

You can get the SG 10's from motosport for $260 with free 2 day shipping...I mean these things are in the price range of that fox crap...people will pay 300 for a pos fox V3 but don't know that for a little over a 100 more...you could have a killer Arai...and like the difference between a pair Fox Proformers and the SG 10's...the difference is incredible.

JMHO

lol. alright there with the v3's.

i agree though, get the sg10's. those are my next boots too. maybe next month even... depends how many more guns we buy this month.

wifey is getting a taurus 941 4" SS. I may have to treat myself to a new piece as well. :Banane35:
