Small window to work today. He put an hour into cutting on the tray. He came up to me in the garage to show me where he thinks he is allergic to fiberglass because he has an itchy rash on his arms, lol.

Let's start the tally: 2 hours in so far.

I agree. Doesn't help much with handling raw glass fiber, but I find it makes a huge difference in keeping the fine dust from sanding/grinding out of your pores.

It sank in the surf and was lost at sea for a few days.

3.5 hours total now. He decided to wear long sleeves today, lol. He was so proud of himself when he got the tray piece out. Next we will glass in the holes at the rear and seal up all the tubes again. Then we will fill it with polystyrene and reglass the tray.

This should be mandatory training for all young children wanting to ride/own a ski.
