Other Mike at optima racing= nothing can compare!!!!

Not even sure where to start with what to say about Optima…
I have had dealings with over 50 different dealerships, both local and not, and no one can even come close to optima. Weather its 3pm during a normal work day, or 10pm at night on a Sunday, Mike ALWAYS answers the phone, text messages or emails, even if its for some simple advice about something I already purchased, or talking about what is the next biggest and best thing to order! Mike ALWAYS helps me out!! No matter how big or small the order is going to be, or even if there is going to be an order at all, Mike is ALWAYS there to help out! Absolutely incredible and nothing can come close to his customer service and his rider support. I have no need to get anything from any other place, Mike truly is something like I have never found before!! INCREDIBLE MIKE!! And of course, MUCH more orders to come!!! Thanks a TON Mike and I can NOT wait for this upcoming Season for Freestyle and whatever else comes my way with Optima Racing!!!!

Agreed a 1,000 X over! If i had questions he answered them, if they didn't have something he got it, if i had a problem he did his best to fix it. He is willing to go above and beyond which puts him at the top of my list

Just figured id update this thread-
MY build keeps running into more and more and more random crap i need, and mike has been WICKED awesome about it.
Drop shipping items to places for me,
Getting items shipped extremely fast up to me, and answering any questions, and any orders, any day, at any time, anywhere.
Its kind of incredible....
Without all these random shipments and mike doing it so fast, i would not have been done until like July!!

I'm on the OR bandwagon. Mike has treated me with fantastic customer service twice now. I tried him on a whim last year with some new PROK's. I just made a new purchase this week. All responses were timely and enthusiastic with fast shipping. So far, nothing but positives to say for Mike and OR.
