Mike Baker at Pro-Tec

picked up a used pro-tec pipe for my WR3 project. Called Mike on pro-tec's tech support line and he not only got me lined up with the parts i needed to refurb the pipe (coupler, mounts, etc), he also talked me through using the 62T header and hardware. He even put together a jet kit specific to my setup and altitude. good peeps and i appreciate him taking the time to walk me through everything. considering the cost of pipes these days (even used ones), their prices are great too

Those folks at Pro Tec are great to deal with, I agree!

pretty sure the shipper return label said mike brown...but wouldn't be the first time i forgot a name. started the install tonight...great having all fresh hardware instead of messing around with the bag of used bolts that came with the pipe.

I also have first hand experience with Pro-Tec, and I can concur that their customer support is radical. I cant remember if it was Mike but I would be willing to bet that is who helped me. Its always so nice to speak with someone that you can tell genuinely cares and knows what they are talking about. High five to Pro-Tec!
