I'm looking to refill my jet kit from swapping with you guys over the years and need to buy a bunch of jets to complete my kit and wanted to see what options are out there. Prices seem to range from $2 to $4 a pop but can add up quickly when buying a bunch of them. Are their any build your own kits offered by anyone?

How can you tell a WSM jet apart from OEM?
Can anyone confirm if the Mikuni N102.221 is the correct style for the mains and N100.606 for the pilot?

I can take pictures of WSM vs OEM jets later. For the Highs, Mikuni Jets have some little logo stamping and then the number next to them. The WSM highs I have had the number stamped twice at like 12 o clock and 6 o clock. On the lows, I know all the WSM low jets I have easily.....because they have zero markings. They dont even have number markings on them....aka they are useless.

Genuine Mikuni are marked with a little square inside a square on all their jets.

And as with all such questions about ordering parts, the answer is always Jetmaniac. ;)

I have a few unmarked wsm jets, but I also have a bunch that marked in black with the jet size. Also there half sizes are marked differently. 77 vs 77.5
You can get them for 1.75$ shipped so I wouldn't rule them out.

Yea I know they have marked WSM low jets....but I bought a bunch of jets from a guy and it came with a ton of wsm low jets, and they are all unmarked. They were in marked packages from WSM, but once outside the package, there is no telling what they are.

The ones I have are marked on the jets. Maybe they are newer? I will get a picture when I get home.

I would consider the Mains from WSM from 80-100 to be used in the sprar bar assuming the sizes are stamped. I can't find them for $1.75 thou? That's a great price

I found them on ebay and then emailed the shop out of Florida selling them. I bought 15 of them and they gave me free shipping.

And to thread jack has anyone tried Jet reamers?

I don't know what you mean by jet reamer. 25 years ago, before internet shopping, I made my own reamer kit. The Mikuni sizes are in mm or fractions thereof. I converted that to inch, then converted it to numbered drills. Now I was able to increase jet sizes by reaming them out- and no, I did not solder them shut and redrilled for smaller sizes. These drills can also be used to measure an altered or unmarked pos.P1020809.JPG P1020810.JPG

I have found that genuine mikuni jets work best. Many times aftermarket brands are not true to their sizing. I learned that one the hard way.
Have you measured WSM too? Have any numbers for them?

For a spray bar, I dont see how it's going to matter
