basically install the pump backwards with the driveshaft sticking out the back of the ski. Bolt the long bolts back through into whats left of the wear ring. Take a super long razor blade and cut as much silicone out as you can. Then gently pry down on the driveshaft to take the unit out as 1.

If anyone has seen a 650/x2 pump this is what the krash pump looks like all assembled.

and yeah that ski looks so dope.

Your ski looks awesome

Thank you, I really like to look at it too.

Ok, that makes the removal easier I suppose. My plans for the weekend are to pull the shoe at least.
And thanks to you to, I figured I am paying enough for the ski, I wanted it to be something bright.

Thanks for this. Worked great.....until I managed to pull the other two threaded inserts out of the shoe. But it was basically out by then so no real issues.

My thoughts exactly. Should have the tunnel prepped and ready tomorrow night, and as long as it stays fairly warm here I'll glue the new shoe in Thursday/Friday.

Need this ski ready for a ride in Havasu on May 20th....

Let me know what parts you have left over from the Krash pump that are good. I will problay go ahead and buy them. Think you have to use a new drive shaft also with your new pump. The nozzle pieces I bought already worked great! No more 4ft airs over the sandbars lol.

So I managed to bend one of my foothold brackets. Ordered new ones through Chris no problem.

It appears that the original holes didnt allow the foothold to properly align with the ski, so new ones were drilled.

Lol my hood hooks have extra holes too. Someone must be smoking crack at the factory. Not sure why everyone uses Thailand anyway. Should've just gone with tigercraft

I think Rickter uses Thailand...but it all depends on the skill and pay of their labor. For the price of the ski I doubt Krash pays their guys a whole lot.

Not going to lie, with the recent issues on my ski now that it is finally running I'm wishing I went with a Rickter or Tigercraft. Love how the 50 Cal handles, I really do. But the build is bullpoop.
