Military Special Forces Workout (crossfit.com)

I've only done a few of the workouts this website offers when the Air Force has incorporated them into our workouts, but I have a few friends that have gone Special Forces and they swear by this website. It focus's on high rep workouts that build endurance more than muscle mass which in my opinion helps racing/freeriding more.

Last year I did the running and swimming schedule 1 week 5-9 and then moved to schedule 2 and did the first week. I stopped because I was swimming at my college and the semester was over. I never started it back up the next semester. But if you want to loose some weight and have enough time to dedicate to it; this is a great workout. By the time a ran, lifted weights, and swam it took about 3 hrs. a day. It would be a good challenge to try and make it all the way through both schedule 1 and 2.

That workout might help getting prepared for the SF course however the only excercise I see any of the SF guys do afterwards is the 12oz curl.:beerchug:
