That thing looks way too small when pictured by itself but looks perfect once on the hitch with the truck in the picture.

I really miss not having the enclosed trailer for storing the skis when not in use but not enough to spend $3K. I keep watching Craigslist for one of the mini Haulmarks around that same size but with the flip up top.

Can't wait to see it finished and see how much room is left for gear.

Can you swap the hinges so the door opens downward? then you could simply put slides on the door to launch skiis!!!!! would be epic
I have had 2 trailers, the first was barn door type, this was a 6x10 trailer. We installed bunks directly to the floor and then built a double stack above. You could slide ski's up to the rear on a rolling work stand or beach tote and slide them right in. Years later we upgraded to an 8x16 with a Pull down door. We did a different type of rack system which was up about 10" to clear the fender wells. We could roll the beach cart up into the trailer and then slide the skis down to the rack. This was a royal pain in the a$$. Forget rolling ski on shop stand up. Honestly, the Swinging doors out or up makes for a much easier setup.

Nice setup! Do you guys have any tricks when it comes to sleeping above the jet on how to avoid the gas fumes leaking from the jet?

My totrailer had a nice pleather couch the folded down into a decent size bed then would fold up into the wall to give clearance to put my race bike in. The brand was from “happy jack” I believe. I had a bed lift in it also from the happy jack company but it’s probably easier to do the folding couch. You can get a lot of ideas of a sink and portable head ideas off of Pinterest.
