think a single couch trailer could handle a stand up and a wave blaster? I thought the blasters are significantly more narrow than a standard couch so I'm hoping I can fit both a blaster and stand up.

I think it should, it really depends on the trailer, and how wide a Blaster is. You can make one bunk set out of 2x4s and one out of 2x6s to get the bondlines on the skis staggered allowing you to get them closer together.
