I don’t see the pic but I’m interested in hood strap kit. How hard is it to shorten stock pole?

Can you post a pic of straps. If you can’t open package just post what it looks like. I don’t know the brand so I couldn’t look it up. I was asking how to shorten because your shortened one was cracked

The crack is in the metal bracket. You can see my finger pointing to it. I don't think it's an issue for a recreational rider.
