Freshwater only. It is in great shape, has 1/2 barbs on it but I can give buyer 2 new 3/8's barbs if they want. The top and middle screws turn but the bottom one is somewhat sticky. I've turned it recently but it doesn't seem to want to move now. $1100 shipped.
