old and busted
i used a fiberglass sheet from homedepot, (props to idok) here's my hood.. I had problems with the sheet flexing and touching the adjuster screw on my b-pipe when excessive amts of water would get in so I had to remove the old and cut a new one and added an addt'l couple drains up front and made sure that I got the new sheeet in there so the angle was better for the water to run off.

only got to ride with it once this summer but it worked like a champ!

zoo....how much air do you need?

Ya, I admit .. it's kinda overkill. The hoses are up a good 2" into the liner so it still has to fill up quite a bit. The drain placement was based on the original slutty mod.

My main problem was the angle of the sheet that was secured into the hood originally, it just didnt have enough clearance for the pipe.

The Good Old Days
Here's my liner.

It should be light and strong enough.
