update... nearly finished turf, just got bulk head to do. Its not perfect but i can live with it. Dakine straps in, made up a few stainless brackets and glassed them to tray and put on a few more decals. Just figuring out now how im going to make side exhaust. Got a damaged pole with a/m bracket and stock steering and straight bars with start stop switch for $50, now repaired and painted, just needs few more coats of clear. Ordering midshaft housing and brap strap from jetmainiac, then ready to shim pump and engine so not to far away now and i can ride this thing.

you could breakdance in that tray. im installing bob holds on mine now and have about a 21" tray. that looks a tad wider.

Not bashing at all but how sturdy are your tray walls? When i did my sn i cut them down similarly and they flexed like crazy.

With 6 layers of glass right down to the bond rail on there they don't move much at all, but if they did their not going anywhere.
Trace and cut everything from the back side of the turf and use a sharp scalpel ...I cut my shape out first then trace around it onto the back of black turf, then cut it out, better be to small then big so be careful. Remember when tracing from the back the letter or object will be face down. When turfing I did the black first and then trimmed all the edges last easier that way.
