Looking good, but I would recommend adding tubbies, whenever your shorten a ski, it's best to add some width to it, it won't handle all that great if you don't. I would also widen the tray.

I ride a custom build super jet that is -3 in front with rocker and -5 in rear and the widened tray makes a huge difference. I recommend using adjustable foothold since tray wall will be narrowed . I have B.O.B adjustable footholds and love them.

Yes, I was aware of that. BOB adjustable foothold will gain space .but I'll have to manufacture it I'm in Brazil here it's very difficult to find
