Moisture around top of carbs

I have a set of 44 blackjacks on my 98 SJ. I am running a set of Prok air filters with tau citi prefilters. I have noticed lately moisture around the top rim of the carbs. Is this normal?

is it a slight white like frothy moisture? it's normal condensation - fuel - warm engine - i get the same thing on my red top 44 mikunis with prokk filters.
