When i measured the other
pump tunnel dimensionally it was the same size as my 144 tunnel. Width and length were the same. The height was slightly different is some spots but not worth it seeing how easy this is to glass the back and grind out the water side.

Got the nose faired out and looking decent i think. Gonna use the primer as a good guide coat and maybe fair one more time. Also working on a 750 550 swap. Got the 750 running great yesterday.

I was actually about to order some more. If you really dont need it, ill gladly pay you for it. I think im going to scrape out under the footholds and put some denser stuff where I’d stand and land. Ive been using 2lb and it works good under the big areas and sides.
Added some more foam where my shins would be…..i think the right spot anyway. Left the back end of them slim. Putting down two layers of 7.5 oz cloth. Maybe do a few more in the corners. Then ill even the floor out and bevel it and lay another layer of the combo cloth and tie it all together.
Almost done with glassin! Got the deck set with 2 more layers of 7.5 oz glass then one layer of epoxy over top as it was drying to smooth it out. About 3 layers 7.5 oz in the bottom of hull where the rocker piece met the original hull. I had to sand a lot away from the bottom to get it fair, so i added a few layers inside. Then down the sides two layers of 7.5 oz and lots of 404 in the big gaps. Turning out pretty good i do believe.

Not OEM or anything but this is what I am using in my EME. I tried it with the included "self adhesive" but it didn't hold up at all on carbon. I ended up removing the adhesive completely (down to bare plastic) then I drilled another two holes to match the two already there to help with bonding (may not be necessary but i figured what the hell). Then i used g flex to adhere them to the inside of the hull where i needed them.
