more low end power?

so i have a protec exhaust set up on a 701 sn and getting ready to run a second cooling t'd in to the waterline fromm the top of the headpipe to the bottom of chamber(sizzler) pro tec said this would give me more bottom end is this true?

what they are trying to say is if you lower the exhaust temp you will get a little more pop race boats like to be hotter

pipe gets warm with it like it is now just seems like with everything i have in it ,it should rip and thats the only thing i have left to really do here the list
