Ok here are some more pictures, footholds. I like the REV footholds because your foot is pointed forward and not out. More comfortable. But the ankle area might be alittle sharp. Never rode on REVs.

Here are more pictures. 2 are the foaming of the bond line before reinforcing. Sorry I don't have any more of the reinforcing. I'll have to take some more. Also included are some pictures of the hole drilled in the bulkhead for the supper valve. I went with the Monster 3" XFT straight from Brazil. I'll keep up dating.

OK so it has been a little while since I shown more pictures. I was tring to wait to the end to show you the painted product but I had to get it painted before I installed the scupper and exhaust tube. I didn't want to try and tape off that stuff. I had to get all the screw holes filled from the hull extenders and the gel fixed because 5200 takes that off after it has dried. The hull extenders had to be chiseled off. WOW. So here is a shot right after I brought it home. You can see the Carbon reinforcing in these pictures. I did one layer of 17 oz biaxal and one layer of 6 oz Carbon fiber. Now I was able to get to work.
