what do you guys use on the inside of the motor bay?

paint?

lineX?

ive seen turf, not a big fan...

the sides will be reinforced with carbon just the bottom where the motor mounts are.

Zolatone is what a lot of A/M hulls have. I think that is what Trinity and waterdawg use. It looks about the best and holds up great, but it's extremely pricey.

i used interlux bilgekote this stuff is super durable and looks great

That is the stuff. Degrease and sand it first. Then wipe with acetone. Then prime it with spray paint primer. Then spray it with epoxy appliance.

More advice: Wear a long sleeve shirt you dont like when you spray it. It hangs in the air and will cling to your arm hair and be about impossible to get off. I also don't recommend white. It will show dirt and oil and grease and look like crap fast. Black is your friend.

its all in the prep did you sand everything and whipe it all down with the 2333n and what ratio did you mix at? we used it in my friends aquasport and its holding up great also

"its all in the prep did you sand everything" What he said... I have been doing custom paint for over 20 years now and always use automotive urethanes on our skis (PPG and House mostly) and have NEVER had one peel. We have a few skis in the shop that have been painted for 5-6 years and some from well over 10 years ago that are still holding up well.
