i have a 91 superjet 650 and i broke a rod so im looking for a used 701 motor. Will a 701 just bolt right in and can i use all the same electrical thats in my 650 now? and whats the diffrence between a 61x motor and a 62t motor? thanks for any help.

yes.

61x is single carb engine

62t is dual carb

62t is used in later ( 1996+) superjets.

I think like a 14 hp difference or so.

look up the stock specs on a 1994 superjet, vs a 1996 and it will tell you.
