Just bought ski and thinking these are still good, just the outside covering cracked but wanted to check with the experts? Good or not? Thanks

That is just paint flaking off.

normal and fine, the greenish paint on the rubber flakes off over time, when the black rubber starts peeling from the mounting plates then you need to worry
