Mould making in Finland

Hi!
We have modified an SX-R for freestyle/freeride use, that will be made of carbon and kevlar.

We have made moulds now for hull hood pole footholds and rideplate.
We will start making the first one next week.

The pole will be made of aluminum tubes with upper and lower piece made of carbon.

I put some pics from the project.

I would imagine the bottom has been redesigned. Just changing the top is not going to make an SXR a good freestyle/freeride hull.

Pole pics

First pole came out of the mold today, 2.5 kg as seen on the pictures
aluminum tubes will get anodized
The parts are a little rough on the edges becuse they are straight from the molds.
