MSD Enhancer

Just put a new msd enhancer on my 98 superjet. I have all the wires hooked up properly and the a new fuse and the battery is charged. I don't have anything. Meaning the motor won't even click. Any suggestions?

starter still ground?

you can try jumping the covered post on the relay/noide with a screwdriver

also take a pic of your wireing.

Check all your ground connections in the e-box.

try plugging oem back in. if works you did something wrong during install

Pluged oem back in and nothing. If I jump the started solenoid it will turn over.

disconnect the white and black wires, that go to the start stop switch, and see if it will start then.

I know this is stupid but take off and reattach the battery terminal connections. I've had it happen where it's connected and physically tight but it still won't start. I take them off, put them back on, and it starts right up.

If the battery connections are corroded or just not making full connection, that will fix it.

If you have a bad connection with the start wires at either the outside plug or the wires inside the box this will happen

Yeah disconnect your Killswitch (the black and white wires) and see if it will start. If it starts you must have something connected wrong in the e-box

When you jump the post your are bypassing the current of an open switch, by closing it with a screwdriver.
